Account & Registration

Registration takes about two minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number, choose a username, set a password, and confirm you are 18 or above. Once done, your account is ready immediately — no waiting period, no email confirmation required. You can deposit and start betting right away.

For most players, your registered Pakistani mobile number is sufficient for daily use. If your account is flagged for a higher verification level — typically when withdrawals exceed a certain PKR threshold — you may be asked to submit a CNIC image. This is a standard security step and is processed within 24 hours in most cases.

No. WC7777 allows one account per person and per mobile number. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and can result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the Login page rather than creating a new account.

On the Login page, tap "Forgot password?" just below the password field. Enter the mobile number linked to your account and WC7777 will send a one-time reset code via SMS. Enter the code, choose a new password, and you are back in. The whole process takes under two minutes. Make sure you are entering the exact mobile number you used during registration.

Deposits

WC7777 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the fastest options — funds typically appear in your account balance within a few seconds after the mobile transaction is confirmed.

The minimum deposit on WC7777 is PKR 200 via JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may carry a slightly higher minimum depending on your bank's own transaction limits. There is no maximum cap on deposits, so you can fund your account with whatever amount suits your budget. Always deposit within your personal spending limits.

This occasionally happens during peak traffic or network delays. First, wait five minutes and refresh your account balance. If the funds still have not arrived, take a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction confirmation (showing the transaction ID and amount), then contact WC7777 support through the official site chat. Most pending deposits are resolved within an hour once the transaction reference is provided.

WC7777 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges. JazzCash and Easypaisa occasionally apply a small service fee on transfers — check your wallet app for their current rate schedule. Any fee is deducted by the payment provider before the funds reach your WC7777 balance.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal section in your wallet, choose your preferred method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are usually processed within 30 minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers can take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank.

The minimum withdrawal is PKR 500. This applies to all payment methods. If you have an active bonus with wagering requirements attached, you will need to complete those requirements before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Your real-money balance is always available for withdrawal above the minimum threshold.

A withdrawal hold can happen for a few reasons: your account verification may be incomplete, an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or the withdrawal amount is above a standard review threshold. Log in and check your account notifications — the reason is usually displayed there. If you cannot identify the cause, contact support with your transaction reference number for a quick resolution.

WC7777 offers single bets, accumulator (combo) bets, system bets, and in-play bets. For cricket specifically, popular markets include match winner, series winner, top run scorer, highest opening partnership, total sixes, and over/under on total runs. Football and esports markets are also available alongside cricket.

If a match is officially abandoned before a result is possible, most bets are voided and the stake is returned to your wallet. If a match is reduced by the DLS method and a result is officially declared, bets settle on that official result. Specific market rules (e.g., over 15 overs played required for a match to count) are displayed on each market before you place the bet.

Cash-out is available on selected markets and is shown by a cash-out icon on your open bets. When available, the current cash-out value is displayed in real time based on live odds. Tap the cash-out button and confirm to settle the bet immediately at that value. Note that cash-out may be temporarily unavailable during very fast in-play moments or if odds are suspended.

Bonuses & Promotions

After registering, make your first deposit and the welcome bonus is credited to your bonus wallet automatically — no promo code needed in most cases. If a specific promotion requires a code, it is shown on the Promotions page. Check the bonus terms for the minimum qualifying deposit amount and wagering requirement before you claim, so there are no surprises later.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place PKR 10,000 in total bets using that bonus before you can withdraw the resulting balance. Qualifying bet types and minimum odds are listed in each promotion's individual terms.

Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting, depending on the specific promotion. If the wagering requirement is not completed within that window, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings are removed automatically. The expiry date is always shown in your bonus wallet. Keep an eye on it and place qualifying bets before it lapses.

VIP Programme

Every PKR you wager earns loyalty points. As your points accumulate, you advance through VIP tiers — each level unlocks better cashback rates, higher withdrawal limits, faster processing, exclusive reload bonuses, and dedicated account support. Your current tier, points balance, and progress to the next level are all visible on the VIP dashboard when you are logged in.

VIP tiers are reviewed on a rolling basis — typically monthly or quarterly. If your betting activity drops significantly below the threshold for your current tier during a review period, your level may be adjusted downward. App & Technical

Visit the App page on your mobile browser and tap the Android download button. You will download an APK file directly. Before installing, go to your phone's Settings → Security and enable "Install from unknown sources" (or "Install unknown apps" on newer Android versions). Once enabled, open the downloaded APK and tap Install. The app uses the same login details as the website — no separate account needed.

First, try a hard refresh (hold Shift and press F5 on desktop, or clear cache in your mobile browser settings).
